Sulemind gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our applications — including Unhook, CountX, Textify, Owly and AI Photo Cleaner (each an "App") — on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license is granted only for as long as you comply with these Terms.
These Terms set out the agreement between Sulemind ("we", "us", "our") and anyone who downloads or uses one of our Apps ("you"). Our Apps are distributed through app marketplaces such as the Apple App Store, and your use of that marketplace is separately governed by its own terms. Where our Terms conflict with a marketplace's terms on a matter relating to that marketplace, the marketplace's terms govern.
By installing or using an App, you're confirming that:
In turn, you agree not to resell, rent, or redistribute any App or its content; not to use an App to create, host, or send unlawful, obscene, threatening, or discriminatory material; and not to infringe Sulemind's intellectual property or anyone else's.
Your use of any Sulemind App is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it. Using an App means you accept that policy as well as these Terms.
Some features across our Apps — such as premium templates in CountX, extended usage in Unhook, or additional generations in Owly and Textify — are unlocked through in-app purchases or subscriptions. These are billed and managed through the app marketplace you purchased from, and its refund and billing terms apply. Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where the law, or the marketplace's own policy, says otherwise.
Everything that makes up our Apps — code, design, illustrations, copy, and the Sulemind name and mark — belongs to Sulemind or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you; you simply get the license described in Section 1.
Some Apps rely on third-party services to work — for example, AI providers used to power Textify's rewriting or Owly's flashcard generation. We choose these providers carefully, but we don't control them, and we're not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
You can stop using any App at any time simply by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access to an App if we reasonably believe you've broken these Terms, or for any other reason, generally without advance notice. Once access ends, the license in Section 1 ends with it.
